It wasn’t always this way.  When Smith Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical started in 1974, people could count on their service company to provide, quality, honest, fairly priced services.  We still operate Smith Plumbing & Heating today by these old school principles.

Our woman-owned company dates back to 1974. In fact, we are the oldest HVAC and plumbing company located in Colorado Springs! John Smith and his two sons, Bob and Tim, created Smith Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical with the goal of providing exceptional plumbing and heating services at reasonable, family-friendly pricing.

Unfortunately, with many of today’s home service providers, there’s such a level of mistrust and apprehension because over the years people have come to expect they’ll only receive overpriced, poor quality service from technicians and plumbers that don’t value their time or their home and it’s a shame.

  5. Same Day Emergency Installations. If your furnace, air conditioner or water heater fails and cannot be repaired, we can replace it the same day you call, even on weekends and holidays. Even if your sewer line collapses and needs immediate repair, we’ll take care of it the same day. We know you can’t always plan for emergency repairs, so our commitment to you is we’ll take care of it same day if necessary.
